Reheating Instructions

For the Turkey Breast

Step 1: Preheat Oven to 350°
Step 2: Place turkey on baking sheet, keep wrapped
Step 3: Place in preheated 350° oven for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4: Remove the foil and return to oven continuing to heat 5-10 minutes to crisp skin.
Step 5: Allow to rest 5 minutes before slicing

For the Gravy

Step 1: Pour gravy into a sauce pot and turn heat on to low medium mixing often until hot or transfer to a ceramic or glass microwave safe dish covered loosely, microwave heat for 1 minute intervals, mix well and repeat until hot
Step 2: Pour into gravy boat

For the Mashed Potatoes

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2: Remove lid from the original aluminum pan
Step 3: Place in the oven for 15 minutes to soften
Step 4: Remove from oven, Scrape the potatoes into a sauce pot and place on low medium heat on stove and mix regularly with a rubber spatula until hot
Step 5: Place in serving dish and dab with salted butter (it’s thanksgiving you can do that)

Sweet Potato Casserole

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2: Transfer to oven safe serving dish
Step 3: Place crumble on top of casserole leaving uncovered (or if the family prefers toasted mini marsh mellows skip the crumb topping and top with marsh mellows after reheating)
Step 4: Bake for 20-25 minutes
Step 5: If you went the marsh mellow route – sprinkle with the mini marsh mellows, turn your oven to broil and lightly toast DO NOT LOOK AWAY – THEY WILL BROWN VERY QUICKY AND BURN MOMENTS LATER

Roasted Butternut Squash

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2: Transfer to serving dishes leaving uncovered
Step 3: Place in oven for 15-20 minutes

Thanksgiving Stuffing

Strep 1: Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2: Transfer to serving dishes leaving uncovered
Step 3: Place in oven for 15-20 minutes

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375-400°
Step 2: Transfer to serving dishes leaving uncovered
Step 3: Place in oven for 15-20 minutes (please note if you have a convection oven, reheating time will be shorter!)
